[ndnSIM] How to run ndn pcap files?

NDN packet format is very different from IP. There are technically no
sources and destinations stored in NDN packets. The data can also be
encrypted.
You may use some of these methods below to collect metrics, or you can
directly use NS_LOG to log your custom information directly.
