[ndnSIM] Data setPrefix

Hi all ,

What is the connection between the *setname* method in* interest.cc* and
*setPrefix* in simulation scenarios. do they have the same designation, it
means when I use : *setPrefix("prefix")*, the network will generate
interest and data by name *"prefix"* or what.
