[ndnSIM] Request for recommendation

Hi all ,

The  UBUNTU versions compatible with ndnSIM are either 18.04 or 20.04. The
EOL of ubuntu 20.04 is in April 2025. I ask for a recommendation to be able
to install ndnSIM with a compatible version for a  longest time.
