[ndnSIM] [EXT] Blockchain in ndnSIM

Hi Junxiao,

Thanks a lot for your reply. I have checked the library you mentioned and
it looks useful, but I couldn't figure out how I can import it to ndnSIM.
Could you please help me with this?
