[ndnSIM] Unable to access the forwarder with Python bindings

Hi Alex,
I'm sorry for not getting back to you on this, I've been super busy. I'm
using Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS. Tomorrow I will reconfigure my waf file and try
to run the script again.
