[ndnSIM] consumerHelper

[raaid alubady]

Hi all;


I hope you could help me with this issue.

I coded the sample scenario in ndnSIM ver. 1.0 using a dumbbell topology.
Basically, I would like to make node1 send Interest packets at time I
specify which would have started for example at 2s to 10s from the time the
scenario was executed.


How can I do that?

For this purpose, I used the:

ndn::AppHelper consumerHelper
