[ndnSIM] Get Current SImulation Time in NFD

Hi,

I Would like to record referenced time of each data attach into Content Store, 

How to get the current time in NFD?

Script " (Simulator::Now().ToDouble(Time::S)) ".

Doesn't work in NFD environment.

Any help very appreciate,
