[ndnSIM] large topology ndnSIM

[Spyridon (Spyros) Mastorakis]

Oops.. Now I noticed the actual message.

This means either the file does not exist in the path the simulator is looking for it or you need to assign the proper permissions to the file, so that the simulator can open it and read the topology.
