[ndnSIM] Regarding Face

Hi Folks!

Usually, consumer applications create Interests. However, a node, on which
no consumer app is installed, might decide to create an Interest. In such a
case, what is the inFace over which such an Interest has been received? Do
we have an internal face at nodes that could be used for such a purpose?
