[ndnSIM] Virtual machine Ubuntu requirements for ndnSIM

Hi Mohibi

You need to allocate more memory to the VM. Minimum 2GB per CPU core.
If you don't have enough memory, you may reduce number of CPU, such as
'./waf -j1' to force using only one CPU.
