[ndnSIM] Problem in installing ndnSIM 2.1 / 2.2

Hi everyone,

All these problems we discussed are related to the installation of ndnSIM
2.1. I also have ndnSIM 2.3 on the same machine. For ndnSIM 2.3, it
configures without any problems!.

BTW, of course I tried using the flags that SPyros mentioned. And I
reinstalled cryptopp as well.

Thank you, I will hopefully solve the problem and I will update you here in
case it is solved or in case I have further questions.
