[ndnSIM] how can i tag for Interest and Data package

Hi,

one solution would be to put the score into the name. Another way would be to use an NDNLP tag (take a look here for further details: http://www.lists.cs.ucla.edu/pipermail/ndnsim/2016-December/003250.html). A third way would be to modify the Data and Interest classes of the ndn-cxx library to add the score as a field of the Interest and Data packets.
