[ndnSIM] Writing my own forwarding strategy

Hi,
First of all thanks for helping out all the folks in learning ndnSIM

I am writing here because I want to write my own forwarding strategy in
NDN. I tried to get help from www.ndnsim.net but everything seems to fly
over my head while learning through that website. I am new to this kind of
simulator, and I have never done this type of programming before. My
ultimate aim is to minimize the congestion in the NDN Networks

A little help would be very useful to help me understand how can I write my
own forwarding strategy.
