[ndnSIM] ndnSIM - Producer problem

and thank you Junxiao and Spyridon,

I manually took out the retransmission in the consumer after I saw that it isn't working, so that I could see without retransmission where the packet is going (so the previous log is without consumer retransmission enabled).

When I enable the retransmission, this is the log, and the data packet still does not go to relay node from the producer.
