[ndnSIM] Installation error

Hello all,
I'm trying to install ndnSIM-NLSR from the following link:
https://github.com/3rd-ndn-hackathon/ndnSIM-NLSR/blob/master/PORTING.md#orgea224d3
but when I try to use the following command:
./waf
I encounter the following error:

can anyone help me with it please?
