[ndnSIM] Load balance problem

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to test the example that is included in the ndnSIM
folder based on load balancing but I am a bit confused because the result
that I am getting from the simulation does not approximate to what it
should do that is randomly distribute interests and data messages. In the
simulation only one producer is in charge on receive and forward data
messages.

I would appreciate if you could provide me some hints to solve this issue.
