[ndnSIM] Interest Timeout

Hello,

I'd like to know if an Interest Packet automatically expires (timeout)
after a predefined amount of time by default or if it should be set by the
Consumer when creating the Interest Packet.
Also, when an Interest expires, is the WillEraseTimedOutPendingInterest
method automatically invoked?
