[ndnSIM] Feeding tcl trace file into ndnSIM

hello

i am trying to run this line of code :
./waf --run “ns2-mobility-trace --traceFile=scratch/losangeles.tcl
--nodeNum=2 --duration=100.0 --logFile=ns2-mobility-trace.log”
but i am getting an error
i will appreciate any help and thanks.
