[Ndn-interest] 16th NDN Hackathon: Call for Participation and Hacks

We are pleased to announce the 16th NDN Hackathon, which will be held
at NIST, Maryland, USA during the weekend of March 8-9, 2024. On-site
participation is strongly encouraged but we will also accommodate
remote participation.

If you plan to attend the hackathon, please register before February 22, 2024.
