[Ndn-interest] Fwd: [icnrg] Finally, an updated FLIC draft

This revised FLIC specification should also be of considerable interest 
to the NDN community. Please help out with reviewing this - comments 
should go to the ICNRG list, but if you’re not an ICNRG participant 
and want to post elsewhere, I’ll make sure reviews make it to the 
authors.
