[Ndn-interest] Using NDN over ethernet

Dear All,

I would like to understand if NDN supports and can be run over ethernet to interconnect multiple docker containers (both running in same as well as different physical machines).
Is there any project supporting this or if NFD and NSLR can be run over ethernet?
