[Ndn-interest] Dissemination and collection protocol on NDN

Dear NDN folks,

  Hope all of you are doing fine.
  I am looking for dissemination and collection protocols working on NDN.
  Basically, I want to enable one node sending data to all other nodes and enable all other nodes sending data to one specific node.
  Can anyone point me out working code?
  Sorry if this is a duplicate question.
