[Ndn-interest] Reference to build NDN testbed

Hi, Mr. John Dehart,

Yes, I'm interested in the documentation for the steps to setup the NDN
testbed. I'm interested in repeating the steps for building simple NDN
testbed in my lab (for example, the testbed has nodes (as the consumer and
producer) and two NDN routers). I did not have any plan to joining existing
or connecting to the existing NDN testbed yet.
