[Ndn-interest] Reference to build NDN testbed

Thank you for your respond, Mr. Lan Wang and Prof Lixia Zhang,

I already tried the mini-NDN and still use it to explore the NDN features.
However, I'm still curious how to setup NDN network elements (consumer,
producer, NDN routers) from the scratch. I found that there is global
testbed already. So, I think there should be any document (reference, link
or tutorial) on how to setup the real NDN testbed exists.
