[Ndn-interest] NLSR 0.3.2 release

Hi all,

We are happy to announce the release of version 0.3.2 of Named-data Link
State Routing Protocol (NLSR).

This is a very minor release aimed at fixing the security section of
the configuration file without which NLSR fails to validate LSA data.
This bug was introduced in the 0.3.1 release.
