[Ndn-interest] Exclude question

Hi Marzieh

ndncatchunks does not allow you to set Exclude selector via command line.
You may use ndn-traffic-generator
<https://github.com/named-data/ndn-traffic-generator> which allows you to
specify Exclude from a configuration file.
