We don’t usually consider the router caching the data as a producer.

Hello,

Please clear one doubt regarding LSDB and CS.

Whenever a data is travelling back towards consumer, it is stored in CS of many intermediate router. Whenever the data is stored, does the router become the producer of the data? Now, should the LSDB be updated after the data is saved in cache? When a router is producer of a data, then the data is there in its cache for sure but is the reverse is also true i.e. whenever any data is stored in cache of a router, does the router become producer of the data?
