Dear folks

I want to introduce a side project I've been working on since 2014:
HomeCam, a browser-based home surveillance camera.
This is a web application that allows you to turn an old laptop or
smartphone into a home surveillance camera, and watch live images from the
camera from anywhere.
This app is built on modern HTML technologies such as MediaDevices and Data
URIs, and uses NDN for underlying communication.
Compared to IP-based solution, using NDN provides scalability because the
camera app only needs to send each picture once even if there are multiple
viewers.

Thanks to John DeHart who helped setting up TLS WebSockets endpoints on
testbed routers, which make the app work more efficiently.
Thanks to those who looked at and gave suggestions to early prototypes of
this project at NDN retreat 2014/2016 and NDNcomm 2015.

Yours, Junxiao
