[Ndn-interest] ndn replication strategy

Hi Ibrahim,

if you are talking about the NDN Forwarding Daemon (NFD), yes it 
currently uses LCE (leave a copy everywhere) as cache decision policy (= 
what you call replication strategy).

We had a project at an earlier NDN Hackathon to implement and evaluate 
other cache decision policies. Here is some more information on that:
