[Ndn-interest] NLSR 0.2.2 release

Dear all,

We are pleased to announce the release of version 0.2.2 of
Named-data Link State Routing Protocol (NLSR).

Version 0.2.2 makes NLSR compatible with the recent release
of version 0.4.0 of NFD and the ndn-cxx library.
