Named Data Networking was one of the projects in the visionary Future 
Internet Architectures (FIA) program at NSF. After nearly a decade of 
NSF-funded and community-driven research, the technology is approaching 
maturity, and there exists at least one global-scale testbed. This 
session consists of a panel that brings together the three major 
branches of development of this technology, including the integrative 
efforts of Internet2 member Cisco. Dr. Darleen Fisher, NSF Program 
Director for FIA, will moderate the panel.

memory usage and introduces encrypt and verify middleware. All library

NDN-based testbed on Banana Pi Routers. This framework is brand-new and 
has not been published before (the paper is still in the writing 
process)! Just check it out, deploy your own Banana Pi testbed with 
extremely low effort and perform emulations as simple as simulations 
with ndnSIM. The testbed tools are already under heavy use here at ITEC, 
as we are performing emulations non-stop since more than 35 days! Seems 
to be stable... :)

Named Data Networking (NDN) Project Monthly Newsletter for October 2015

The NDN project team compiles and publishes this newsletter monthly
to inform the community about recent activities, technical news,
meetings, publications, presentations, code releases, and upcoming
events. You can find these newsletters posted on the Named Data

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

* PI Van Jacobson presented the keynote at the 2nd ACM Conference
  on Information-Centric Networking (ICN 2015). PI Jeff Burke sat
  on a panel that discussed ICN roadmaps for the next two years.

  held last month at the University of California at Los Angeles
