[Ndn-interest] File transfer application over NFD

Hi Divyashri,

Thanks for trying this out.

There is a sample client application ready in that repository, (source code
<https://github.com/remap/ndnfs-port/blob/browser-dir-listing/test/client.cc>),
which is not updated in the readme.

Please stand by and I'll send you a note with instructions and updates in
Github readme.
