[Ndn-interest] NLSR on Raspberry Pi

Hi Raffaele

This doesn't look like a cross-compilation issue of NLSR.
This error message means either NFD is not running, or the app (such as
NLSR) isn't configured to connect to the correct socket.

Are you able to run `ndn-tlv-peek /` successfully?
