[Ndn-interest] NDN link protocol

So, what's the best way to create and administer a NDN topology with
hundreds of routers and content servers? Should I use NFD? What routing
protocolo to use? Use IP under or other L2 or L3 protocol? Should I use a
NDNS server to concentrate all names?

Please, help me with these doubts.

Regards.

Tocha.
