<p>Currently, emails to the Mini-NDN mailing list for unregistered users are getting sent directly only to the admin email for approval, rather than to the mailing list itself. Adding an additional line to the README to encourage users registering before sending
an email will hopefully prevent valid emails from getting lost.</p>
