I recently used Mini-NDN for the evaluation of an application which uses IP and NDN functions. Therefore I created something like an IP routing helper, which configures static IP routes (based on the lowest hop counts) between all nodes in the emulation topology.

 If this component is useful for the community, I would like to contribute it to the Mini-NDN project.
