This issue tracks adding a Mini-NDN example that demonstrates python-ndn producer-consumer communication.

The example runs producer and consumer applications in separate Mini-NDN node namespaces. The experiment starts per-node NFD instances, creates ndnsec identities in the Mini-NDN node home directories, configures a route from the client to the producer, and verifies the Interest/Data exchange.
