[Mini-NDN] Call for Hacks: 16th NDN Hackathon!

The 16th NDN Hackathon is coming up very soon! This year, we will be
at NIST, Maryland from March 8-9, 2024.

Currently, we welcome you to submit your Hackathon proposals. The
deadline for the submission is March 4, 2024. Please make sure you
submit your proposal before the deadline.
