[Mini-NDN] NLSR cant create advertise prefix

Your command is wrong. It's nlsrc not Nlsr.

check "nlsrc -h" for more info.

I have some trouble when create

- Nlsr advertise /prefix


Its said error 10060 timeout

Im using nlsr 0.4.3 right now

Did my version nlsr to old?
