[Mini-NDN] Error: RTNETLINK answers: No such file or directory

Hello all,
I installed mini-ndn and all of the required dependencies,
but when I run the command bellow:
minindn experiment=pingall
the output will be like this:

and I don't know why the error bellow occurs:
Error: RTNETLINK answers: No such file or directory

can you help me please?
